Matcha Mint Shake


This mint smoothie has a refreshing mint taste but also will keep you feeling full and refreshed!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of a non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled
  • 1 hefty handful of organic baby spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 2-3 drops of mint extract or 4-6 mint leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • cacao nibs
  • coconut whip
  • vegan chocolate chips
  • mint leaves
  • sprinkles

Preparation


  1. Blend all of your ingredients through salt in a high powered blender until creamy.

  2. Pour into one large or two smaller glasses.

  3. Top with optional toppings of choice.

  4. Enjoy immediately.
