This mint smoothie has a refreshing mint taste but also will keep you feeling full and refreshed!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of a non-dairy milk of choice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado, peeled
- 1 hefty handful of organic baby spinach leaves
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 2-3 drops of mint extract or 4-6 mint leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- cacao nibs
- coconut whip
- vegan chocolate chips
- mint leaves
- sprinkles
Preparation
- Blend all of your ingredients through salt in a high powered blender until creamy.
- Pour into one large or two smaller glasses.
- Top with optional toppings of choice.
- Enjoy immediately.
