Natural Weight Loss by COCONUT 🔥

Ever wonder how superheroes like Wonder Woman always look so good in spandex? It could be from consuming coconut. For years coconut has taken the blame for containing saturated fat. But, recent research is proving that certain types of saturated fat are actually good and can help your body burn fat and lose weight! Coconut contains healthy fats called medium chain fatty acids (MCT’s). A study published in the International Journal of Obesity found that MCT’s increase lipid (fat) oxidation, which means coconut will burn up excess calories and help you lose weight! Coconut has also been shown to reduce cholesterol, triglycerides, phospholipids and LDL cholesterol levels. If coconut oil is taken at the same times as omega-3 fatty acids it can make them twice as effective, as they are readily available to be digested and used by the body. Athletes have found that coconut liquid enhances their performance and hydration. Grab your FREE report - Top 15 Natural ...

Do you know about these healthy Matcha recipes?

I am a morning person. That annoying one you see on Instastories who has been to the gym, walked the dog, cooked a full breakfast and is ready to go by 7am. But even after a decent night’s sleep, I like a little boost to help me on my way. I tried coffee but we did not get along. I hated the wired feeling I got after a few sips on an americano. So, after some research I rummaged around my cupboard of untouched supplement powders and stumbled upon the life-changing magic of matcha, a green-tea-derived superfood powder. Think of it like ground green tea with 120 times the anti-oxidants. Now, not all matcha is equal; the type with the highest concentration of nutrients is ceremonial grade from Japan. It's bursting with magnesium, zinc, vitamin C and selenium to form an absolute anti-ageing powerhouse. Of course, you can get lower grades, including ones for cooking. However, I always stick to ceremonial grade for its many health benefits and slightly sweeter taste. Chinese matchas ...

MORINGA
The new superfood that's trending amongst wellness types

The plant is a good source of vitamins C and A, and various minerals. Moringa was 2018's big new superfood, a “miracle tree” indigenous to the foothills of the Himalayas, but widely cultivated throughout India, south-east Asia and east Africa, too. Entirely edible, from root to bark, fast-growing and drought tolerant, with seeds that can purify dirty water, it’s such a valuable resource in many regions that the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations has named it crop of the month. It is also, apparently, pretty good news for the rest of us: moringa has been touted by Time magazine as “the next quinoa”, while the Huffington Post reckons it’s “about to be huge, and you should know about it”. But some of the claims made for it – such as the assertion by “nutritionist and beauty expert” Kimberley Snyder that “it has twice the protein of spinach and three times as much iron” – should be treated with a degree of caution. A journal published by ...

MORINGA
Latest Health Superfood or Just a Fad?

Moringa plants, originally grown in Southeast Asia, are one of those amazing plants where every bit of them is useful; the leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds are edible, and the stem has medicinal purposes. It’s one of those trees that everyone should grow in a backyard or windowsill, because beyond its many uses, the tree grows quickly and is really hardy, not needing much water or any fertilizer. Moringa is most commonly and easily consumed as a powder made from leaves from the Moringa oleifera tree. If you’re looking to purchase the powder, be sure to get pure, ground dried leaves, rather than a supplement that mixes in other things. This powder can then be added to cooking, or used for tea or in shakes. However, as with other supplements , we don’t recommend consuming moringa just for the sake of it, but rather for the specific benefits and needs outlined below. NINE HEALTH BENEFITS AND USES OF MORINGA 1. Nutrition and antioxidants galore Moringa leaves contain p...

What is Matcha?

A hot cup of green tea with perhaps some warmed almond milk or lemon is sure to satisfy your soul and give you a gentle boost of caffeine. But beyond the realm of regular green tea, lies an incredible superfood known as matcha green tea . Perhaps you’ve heard of it, but if not, it’s time you met one of the most potent superfoods that exists, containing more nutrients than you could imagine. Matcha (pronounced MA-cha), has been part of the Japanese culture since the 12th century and is one of the most prized beverages in Japan, even to this day. Matcha green tea differs from regular green tea due to the way the leaves are produced.  All teas originate from the same plant known as Camellia Sinensis, which is a shrub native to China. The shrub produces all types of leaves for tea, including white, green oolong, black, and pu-erh tea. These types of teas differ in their antioxidant content along with their caffeine content and other nutritional properties, depending...
